Cutting Honey Cake with Ultrasonic knife 369Sonic
First tests of the ultrasonic kitchen knife with a long blade.
When cutting a honey cake with a regular knife, the blade tends to stick to the cake, and the cuts are often not very clean. However, when using the 369Sonic ultrasonic knife with a long blade, the cut is fast and, most importantly, clean. There’s no deformation of the cake.
